Superintendent Leanne Spazak of State Street, Charleroi, considers herself fortunate to be capable of serving the students and community. Her 15 years as a Monessen family member have given her a unique perspective on the district's needs.

As a district administrator, she is dedicated to ensuring that students are challenged, engaged, and continue to grow academically throughout their schooling.

Furthermore, she had the privilege of serving her community and children, but recent controversy has given the internet a wrong perception of her.

As previously stated, Leanne Spazak was arrested and faced charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly behavior, and public intoxication. Aside from that, the charges were filed on Tuesday.

On the evening of May 22, shortly before 11:15 p.m., Charleroi Regional Police were summoned to the Nathan Goff Jr. Apartments on Middelland Avenue in response to a report of two people engaging sexually in a red pickup truck.

The two were engaged in a sexual act in the back seat of the truck when police arrived, according to the complaint. According to court filings, both had a heavy alcohol stench on their breath.

According to the complaint, detectives discovered a 9mm pistol on the front seat while Cappelli and Spazak were gearing up and checking for credentials. Cappelli allegedly owned a FEG Hungary 9mm pistol, according to investigators.

Multiple reports claimed that Dr. Leanne Spazak is 55 years of age, which indicates that she was born in 1967. She is also a Charleroi native, having grown up on State Street.

Further, Robert Cappelli, aged 61, of Jacobs Street, Confluence, was the individual with whom she was having sexual intercourse.
