The host of Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan welcomed her second child a few months ago. 

On December 23, Margaret announced on Instagram that her family might welcome a new member in 2021. She also expressed happiness at having a second child named Malek Murphy Yakub. 

She has written that her son has recently joined her family, making it four. She previously had a son too. She was on maternity leave during her postpartum pregnancy, for which she expressed her gratitude to CBS. 

She welcomed her first child Eamon Yakub in September 2018.
