Dickie Chivell, a licensed commercial diver, is 29 years old. He was born on February 12, 1993. He is a professional shark handler and safety diver. He has been very fascinated by sea animals since he was very young.

Dickie appeared on Shark week from 2014 to 2016, where he got to collaborate with Chris Fallows, Jeff Kurr, and Andy Brandy Casagrande.

Coming on Shark life in 2014 and 2022 has changed his life. Shark's life gave closure to his encounters and his lifestyle. He has also managed to promote his business and hobbies among his viewers.

Chivell's episode featured on Shark Week was loved by many, and it got a lot of positive reviews to the point where people wanted to know Dickie better.

He has assisted The Dyer Island Conservation Trust in white shark tagging & tracking along with marine researcher Alison Towner. He favors protecting marine life.

Chivell is currently in a romantic relationship with his girlfriend, Anthea Wright. However, they have not yet gotten married. Their romance began in April 2018.

Anthea supports the environment and is now pursuing her certification as a FAGASA marine guide in South Africa. She is very supportive of Dickie's career and choices.
