Felicity Rose Hadley Jones is an English actress born on 17th October 1983 who is best known for her role in the first series of The Worst Witch as the school bully and its sequel, Weirdsister College. She grw up in Bournville, Biemingham. Her mother worked in the advertising company whereas her father was a journalist and they met while working at the Wolverhampton Express and Star. But then they got divorced when she was just three. After that she was raised along with her brother by her mother. She went to Kings Norton Girls School and after that Jones went to King Edward VI HandsworthSchool for the completion of A levels. After that she took gap of a year to appear in BBC series, Servants. In 2006, Jones studied English at Wadham College, Oxford with a 2:1. When she was in college she did different plays like Attis, Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors for the OUDS.

Jones began her acting  career at 11 years at an after-school workshop funded by Central Television. Her uncle and mother were always there for her to encourage her acting career as her uncle, Michael Hadley, was also an actor and mother was also passionate about theatre and film. As Jones appeared in her first series The Worst Witch, she missed home so much that she left the series which was replaced by Katie Allen. Then in 2001, she returned and appeared in Weirdsister College when she was just seventeen. During that time she had a private tutor to get A levels in her studies and lived in a flat in Richmond. Her best known role was as Emma Carter for the BBC Radio 4 opera The Archers. She starred in the BBC Servants as Grace May in 2003.

Jones showed her work perfection in different TV series and movies like The Tresure Seekers (1996), Servants(2003), Cape Wrath(2007), Northanger Abbey (2007), Brideshead Revisited (2008), The Diary of Anne Frank (2009), Soulboy (2010), The Tempest (2011), Albatross (2011), Cheerful Weather for the Wedding (2012) and so on. Her recent movies are Breathe In and The Invisible Woman. She will also be seen in her upcoming movies, True Story, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Theory of Everything in 2014. Besides the big screen she also did work in  The Snow Queen, Creation Theatre Company ( 2005-2006) in Gerda, Royal Court Theatre (2007) in Mia, Donmar Warehouse(2008) in Laurel. She won Empire Award for Best Female Newcomer Gotham Award for Best Breakthrough Actor, National Board of Review Award for Breakthrough Performance, Sundance Film Festival U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Prize for Breakout Performance in 2011. She also got nominated by the Detroit Film Critics Society for the Best Actress and Breakthrough Performance in the same year. In january, 2013 she was offered for the role as Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades of Grey which later she turned down.
