Dave Fishwick Is The Proud Father Of His Two Kids

Dave Fishwick is blessed with two kids who work in public service just like their dad. Sarah works with animals, while his son Connor is a policeman.

But despite his wealth, Fishwick is determined his kids make their way in life. He says to The Sun, "I have seen so many people give to the next generation, and it becomes a huge problem.”

Born in Nelson, Lancashire, England, in March 1971, Fiwhwick now lives in Sabden, six miles from his Burnley roots in the center of Picturesque Ribble Valley.

In addition, he loves putting smiles on kids all around the world. Back in Christmas, the businessman flew Santa Claus to an East Lancashire primary school in his helicopter.

Lancashire radio station Ribble FM had asked the TV personality if he would fly Father Christmas into Holly Grove School as a special treat for the kids, and the millionaire couldn't say no.

And as he brought Santa in through the clouds, all kids' faces instantly lit up. He sat in the front of the chopper holding the controls of the helicopter as the reins of the reindeer and landed close to the school car park on December 16.

Sarah was dressed as Santa's elf. He said he enjoyed the experience, mainly seeing the kids faces light up. He further said, "I met some exceptional children, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself, Santa was amazing, and Sarah played an excellent Elf."

Dave Is A Part Of A Hardworking Family

Dave Fishwick family consists of parents Tony and Christine. His parents used to work in a mill, where he spent his formative years.

He was raised in a dilapidated house that had to be demolished soon. The businessperson said, "We come from an impoverished background. The house has been knocked down; it was so bad."

He left school at the age of 16, without any qualifications or money, and began on a Youth Training Scheme working as a builder. However, this was different from his passion. He recalls, "It was £27 a week YTS."

His empty pockets made him ask all the local car dealerships if they wanted to allow him to have a part-exchange motor to spruce up. He offered the deal that he would pay them the original price of the car and keep any profit for himself after he had sold the vehicle.

Finally, one dealer agreed to his proposal, and he earned £27 on a £70 Vauxhall Cavalier. In no time, he opened his garage in his hometown, Nelson, where he met his bio-scientist wife, Nicola, about three decades ago.

He says marrying Nicola was his best decision "without a shadow of a doubt." Speaking to The Sun, Fishwick shared that his wife is far more intelligent than he will ever be. She came to his tiny car garage on Scotland Road and had a big diesel battery.
